All of our shipping is free at HH Stair Runners. All of our shipping is tracked with Royal Mail and you will be sent the Tracking Number once your purchase has started its shipping journey. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If you're returning a product you have purchased from our website we would appreciate it if you are able to send the product back packaged the way it was sent out.
